What is AB Holdings?
AB Holdings is a Singapore-headquartered private investment group that builds and backs operations businesses in logistics, customs and e-commerce across Asia-Pacific and Australia. It is the trading name of a group of affiliated companies led by ABVH Pte Ltd.
Who leads AB Holdings?
AB Holdings is founder-led. Aaron Michael is the group's founder and Managing Partner. After moving from consulting into building companies, Aaron founded the group's first venture, Aersure, in 2018.
What companies are in the portfolio?
Three companies are active: Optivis Consulting (logistics and supply chain consulting, Australia), 11Eleven Logistics Inc. (trucking, the Philippines) and Eldita Sarana Logistik, known as ES Logistics (customs clearance, Indonesia). Two ventures have been exited: Aersure in April 2021 and AB Logistics in July 2026.
What has the portfolio achieved?
Aersure and ES Logistics have together handled more than 13.4 million parcels and deliveries. Aersure reached USD 3.2 million in revenue and 7 million parcels in 2020; ES Logistics cleared 2 million parcels into Indonesia in its first eight months; 11Eleven reached 200+ trips a month within three months of launch. Portfolio companies serve clients based in 16 countries.

ABVH Pte Ltd (Singapore, UEN 20261620R) is the group's apex holding company. AB International Holdings Pty. Ltd. (Melbourne, ABN 48 639 484 932) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABVH Pte Ltd.

The group is headquartered in Singapore (60 Paya Lebar Road #06-28, Singapore 409051, Singapore) through ABVH Pte Ltd, with operations in Melbourne (470 St Kilda Road, Ground Floor, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia) through AB International Holdings Pty. Ltd..
Which sectors and markets does the group focus on?
Logistics and project freight, e-commerce logistics, customs and cross-border trade, and supply chain consulting, particularly in Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines and wider Southeast Asia.
Is Aersure still operating?
No. Aersure was founded in August 2018, scaled across 11 Asia-Pacific markets and was exited in April 2021. Its website is no longer active; the Aersure case study on this site documents its outcomes.
