AB Holdings is a Singapore-headquartered private investment group that operates through affiliated entities in Singapore and Melbourne. The group builds and supports operations businesses with a focus on logistics, e-commerce, and cross-border trade across Asia-Pacific and Australia.
Our beginning
AB Holdings began when our founder moved from consulting into entrepreneurship. The first venture focused on affordable shipping for businesses and consumers. Further opportunities in logistics and trade led to a holding structure designed to build ventures that improve everyday convenience and access.

Mission
Conveniences such as fast shipping and reliable product availability remain central to what we build. AB Holdings works with portfolio companies—and, where appropriate, with governments—to improve outcomes for businesses and end customers.
Our Structure
AB Holdings operates as a group of affiliated companies:
- ABVH Pte Ltd — Singapore (UEN 20261620R). The group's apex holding company.
- AB International Holdings Pty. Ltd. — Melbourne, Australia (ABN 48 639 484 932). A wholly-owned subsidiary of ABVH Pte Ltd.
This structure lets us hold and operate ventures across jurisdictions with the right legal and tax footing for each market we enter.
