About AB Holdings

AB Holdings is a Singapore-headquartered private investment group that operates through affiliated entities in Singapore and Melbourne. It builds and backs operations businesses in logistics, customs and e-commerce across Asia-Pacific and Australia.
Our beginning
From consulting to the warehouse floor.
AB Holdings began when our founder, Aaron Michael, moved from consulting into entrepreneurship. The first venture, Aersure, set out in 2018 to make cross-border e-commerce shipping affordable for businesses and consumers.
Opportunities in customs, trucking and project logistics followed, and with them a holding structure designed to build ventures that improve everyday convenience and access. Since then the group has built five ventures and exited two.
Mission
Conveniences such as fast shipping and reliable product availability remain central to what we build. AB Holdings works with portfolio companies and, where appropriate, with governments to improve outcomes for businesses and their customers.

Aaron moved from consulting into building companies. The first venture, Aersure, made cross-border e-commerce shipping affordable for businesses of any size, and every venture in the group has grown out of that operating experience.
