    Build

    We start ventures where a service is broken and we can see how to fix it. Aersure began with one Korea–Indonesia lane; 11Eleven began with two trucks.

  2. 02

    Operate

    Group leadership stays hands-on through launch and scale: network partners, facilities such as ES Logistics’ clearance operation at Soekarno-Hatta, technology and hiring.

  3. 03

    Back & exit

    We back operators in adjacent markets, and exit when a better long-term owner emerges, as with Aersure in 2021 and AB Logistics in 2026.
